Michele believes starting a nonprofit shouldn’t be confusing, expensive, or overwhelming. With more than 20 years of experience — including founding two nonprofit organizations and leading three statewide charitable organizations — she knows what it takes to launch and lead with confidence.

Over the years Michele has chaired social, event, annual campaign, grant, and governance committees, among others. The experience gained through nonprofit consulting, board work, nonprofit startups, and serving on 15 different boards gave her an overall nonprofit education and viewpoint that she now uses to help others. She has seen firsthand how ethical behavior and transparency, along with hard work and passion, lead to success.
